We are passionate about encouraging people of all ages to discover their own unique talents and ways of expressing themselves through the vast world of movement and theatre in a nurturing, light hearted environment.
Our movement classes are contemporary dance based and our aesthetics stem from a focus in on integrity and authenticity - there is no pressure for you or your child to conform to a particular or idealised visual aesthetic.

We offer classes for toddlers to teens and grown ups in creative movement & ballet, contemporary dance, improvisation, drama, yoga and world dance fitness.
All our performing arts classes are facilitated by highly qualified dance or theatre practitioners, most of whom are also highly skilled and accomplished professional performing artists.
Children of all ages are welcome at our Family Friendly World Dance Fitness classes.
